Topographic Survey of Cumilla Cluster (Cumilla City Corporation, Chandpur Paurashava, Laksam Paurashava, Hajiganj Paurashava) using High-Resolution RTK Drone Imagery under the ADB-assisted Project: Detailed Engineering Design for Water Supply and Sanitation for Cumilla, Ishwardi Cluster Towns & Khagrachari Town (DED-CTK), S-02/PMU of CHTIRUWSS Project, DPHE

Duration: Sep-2025 to Feb-2026

The completed activities include, but are not limited to:

• Acquisition of high-resolution drone imagery using RTK technology.
• Production of 5 cm-resolution RGB/Panchromatic orthophotos covering the entire project area (118.611 sq. km).
• Establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs) referenced to SOB 3D pillars using RTK GPS.
• Image processing and generation of 1-meter DTM, DEM, and contour datasets.
• Field data validation through the Mergin Maps mobile application.
• Preparation and submission of GIS shape files, maps, and the Topographic Survey Report

Contractual Assignment for Survey, data management, and GIS support to the IMIS Implementation Project in Lakshmipur Pourashava of Bangladesh

Duration: Apr-2024 to Dec-2024

The essential scope of work for BAPITECH in the assignment include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop a survey and data collection and GIS database management strategy for the assignment.
• Lead, implement, and manage all survey works for household (HH) and the town’s GIS data collection, processing, and compilation.
• Lead and conduct the selected enumerators’ training program on mobile app-based HH and GIS data collection.
• Create a comprehensive GIS-based database for use on the implemented IMIS application.
• Provide necessary GIS and CAD data and map preparation support to the assignment;
• Attend project meetings, workshops, and town visits as per requirements of the assignment.
• Contribute to the content development for the assigned sections in the selected deliverables and project reports.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager of the assignment.

Engagement Order for Consumer Survey works of S&D Sakhipur under the project "Implementation of GIS-based distribution system with Customer Survey of Cumilla Zone and Tangail Circle, BPDB

Duration: Apr-2024 to May-2025

The gathered consumer electric meter location data (GPS location: Latitude, Longitude) should be exactly at the customer's house and collect data as per questionnaires. into the mobile application.

Conducting Topography and Inventory Survey in Gazipur City Corporation and Cox’s Bazar Paurashava under Urban Development and City Governance Project (UDCGP)

Duration: Nov-2023 to May-2024

Carrying out a detailed topographical survey, including Bench Mark (BM) installation and inventory survey with report of the entire area/areas of the seven (7) sub-projects as follows:

Gazipur City Corporation:

• RCC drain from Dhaka Mymensingh Highway to Turag River
• RCC drains from Mirrer Bazar to Nondibari Road (across a railway)
• Installation of groundwater supply system in Zone 3, Zone 6
• Installation of groundwater supply system in Zone 7, Zone 8

Cox’s Bazar Paurashava:

• Improvement of Central Bus Terminal
• Installation of groundwater supply system in Ward 6, Ward 8
• Installation of groundwater supply system in Ward 9, Ward 10, and Ward 11

Topography Survey with Design of Three Intermediate Faecal Sludge Transfer Systems at Ukhiya (Refugee Camps), Cox's Bazar

Duration: Nov-2020 to Jan-2021

Topographic surveys are:

• Projection of study areas
• Establishment of Benchmark on existing permanent structures
• Locating temporary benchmarks for fly levelling
• Collecting elevation of access roads, culverts, inlets of faecal sludge treatment plants, existing network stations/junctions/tanks, septic tanks and collection pits etc.
• Collecting necessary information for proposed FSTS
• Identifying alternative routes of pipe lines
• Investigation and collection of information about the open or free available areas
• Feedback collection from the communities about the placement and arrangement of FSTSs
